Description
This basic mathematics class identifies the key problem-solving skills needed by all water distribution operators. The mathematics exercises have been arranged according to process unit and include step-by-step solutions. OCT teaches standard Algebraic math and not dimensional analysis. Topics include: Volume; Time; Dosage, Demand, & Residual; Pounds Problems; Disinfection Chlorine Feed; Meters & Flow; Pressure; and Pumps. Due to a significant amount of overlapping material, it is not recommended to take this class with Water Treatment Mathematics Grade 1.
